Projects, orders and delivery information can be accessed online. When combined with the ECM Tickets & Invoices solution, you can retrieve images of delivery tickets and invoices via the Web. COMMANDcommerce gives companies the ability to provide historical data (Tickets and Invoices) as well as current job information to their client base. Your clients receive a User ID and Password to ensure security and are then able to log on to a web server and view data about their past and current jobs; these include daily job status, truck locations and more. This technology provides your clients with better management and greater understanding of their daily business cycles.
