Command Alkon Moisture Probes allow you to measure the moisture content of your fine aggregates as they flow into a batch. This has been proven to measurably increase product quailty and finish, reduce overall batching times, and reduce material wastage, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and increased profitability.

Our moisture probe is unique in that it can continuously adjust the load water as the material flows over the probe, a method that ensures consistent slump predictability in high specification concrete and concrete product manufacturing.

Our probes are electronically tuned in factory to ensure identical measurement characteristics for all moisture probes, making it possible to swap out a probe without recalibration. The probe can be installed and calibrated in a matter of hours.
