COMMANDqc’s Batchwatcher can alert you real-time to significant batching errors long before concrete is delivered. The system will automatically e-mail, telephone, or text-message designated personnel within your organization when out-of-tolerance batches occur. Batchwater will even give you the reason for the exception when it alerts you.

Powerful production analysis tools provide you insight into production consistency and help you spot impending problems before they become emergencies. Graphical and tabulor analysis tools allow you to drill down into problem areas. Compare target weights to actual weights in easy to understand graphs, by plant or by product code. Individual or cumulative exception graphs show overall trends but also make it easy to zoom in on any load of concrete. Monitor material over or under batching and its effect on stock
control and production costs. Identify exceptions, and report on loads that fail to meet specifications. Report on plant, ticket number, product, customer, time of day, load size and materials causing site issues.
